olive oil - 1 Tbsp
butter - 1 Tbsp
garlic - 4-5 cloves
celery - 1 Tbsp
mushroom - 200gms
onion - 100gms or 1 large
white wine - 1/4 cup
indrayani rice - 1/2 cup ( before soaking)
water or vegetable stock - around 2 cups, keep adding as needed, dont add all at once
cream - 2 Tbsp
processed cheese - 1 cube
parmesan - 10-15gms
