water - 5 cups
kaffir lime leaves - 5-6
lemon grass - 2 stalks
galangal - 2 inch piece
basil leaves - 8-10 leaves
salt to taste
sugar - 3 Tbsp
coconut milk powder - 150 - 175gms ( as per taste)
warm water - 1 cup
cornflour - 2 Tbsp + water - 2 Tbsp
