Ihram is a necessary piece of cloth to practice both Hajj and Umrah. Ihram represents unity among the Muslims as well. Women can wear any simple cloth of any color as Ihram. While they are not allowed to cover their face and hands. They are also not permitted to wear ornaments in the state of Ihram.

Ihram is the compulsory clothing for performing the rites of Hajj and Umrah and is the basic criteria to enter the House of Allah Almighty. It must be worn with full care as it is the basic of all the rites. One must clean his whole body, must take bath and should remove extra hair from the body. Ihram is different for men and women.
